Key Responsibilities​

  • Contacting and nurturing potential clients
  • Qualifying and understanding homeowners needs
  • Detailed and accurate listing presentations
  • ​Managing the vendors sale from listing to settlement
  • Follow up on all buyer enquiries 
  • Actively engage with prospects and clients using a strong social media presence

You Should Have

  • Ideally at least 2 years real estate experience
  • Real Estate agent License or certificate of registration with up-to-date CPD
  • Skilled negotiator with a proven sales history
  • Honest and trust worthy with strong ethics
  • Familiar with real estate CRM (knowledge of REX favourable)
  • Works well autonomously
  • Excellent referral network & reputation
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change & follow systems easily
  • Team player and flexible
  • Client focused with a passion for real estate
