Finding The Perfect Home

We then work together with you planning, researching and mapping out the exact type of home you want to buy. We then help you find it!.

Negotiation

Once you've found THE ONE, we talk money so you don't have to. Based on our research, your budget and the feedback we receive from you, we then negotiate with the selling agent to secure you your home for the lowest price possible.

Due Diligence & Contracts

Once your offer has been formally accepted, we start getting down to business. We liaise with your conveyancer and mortgage broker to ensure you're protected legally and your loan is approved.

Settlement

We keep in close contact with your legal representative, broker and the selling agent to ensure everything occurs on time and the keys are handed over to you on settlement day making the house officially YOURS!

All For One Fair Fixed Fee

We're 100% performance based. If we can't help you purchase your first home for a price you're happy to pay, you don't have to pay us anything.
